After you fill out our form, we will contact you to setup an introductory call. This will allow us to understand what your business does, understand your level of experience with web design and get a feel for what you want.
Armed with the information we collected in the previous step, we get busy creating a fully interactive draft of your new website. We put a massive amount of effort into this initial draft.
With a live link in hand, we can then make real-time edits to your website through a screen sharing session or collect a list of changes and complete them to provide you with an updated draft.
It’s now time to tell the world about your new website. As soon as you are happy with the results, we publish your site and get busy maintaining it for the months or years to come.

What do we mean by
We take pride in every website we create. Starting with a 1 – on – 1 consultation, we work hard to understand what makes you and your business tick. This allows us to design a website that delivers.
What if I don't Like The Website?
We work hard to make and keep our clients satisfied. Web design can be an iterative process and we are on your team when it comes to making revisions until you can be proud of your website.
At the end of the day, if your are unhappy with our revisions or decide to go in an other direction, we will not initiate the monthly subscription. If you have already paid our initial setup cost ($99), we will issue a full refund.
How many pages can I have?
Our $33/month package is limited to 3 pages. Pages can be as long or as short as you wish. One of them can even be a blog where you or an employee will have the ability to add an unlimited number of posts.
If you wish to have advanced functionality such as a shopping cart or booking features, please contact us directly so that we can provide a customized package option.
What about emails?
Our monthly fee includes the domain registration fees if you transfer the domain to our registrar (don’t worry, we can assist with the transfer). This also makes you eligible for 2 free custom email accounts. Additional email accounts are available for $2/month/user.
Once your website is launched, we continue to care for it. This is done through monthly platform updates as well as security updates. You can also send us fresh content, images or request layout changes at anytime.
How quickly are updates made?
For time-sensitive changes, we do our best to complete the changes within 1 business day.
We complete regular updates within 2 business days.
If you have text, promotions or images that need to be changed on a monthly or seasonal basis, you can let us know about the updates ahead of time and we will make the changes on the requested dates.
How secure is my website?
Our platform runs on one of North America’s leading server provider. We take security seriously and provide free SSL certificates to our clients. If you have specific concerns, please contact us directly so that we can provide additional information.
How often can i request design changes?
You can request as many design changes per month as desired. Due to the nature of design changes we work on one change at a time and move on to the next as soon as you are satisfied with the result.
